This Bremen specialty is made according to a traditional recipe at the Schnoor pastry shop.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa mass, peanut oil, drinking water, cocoa butter, meringue powder (sugar, egg whites), thickening agent (locust bean gum), acidity regulator (potassium phosphates), table salt (soy lecithin), cinnamon, vanilla beans
